Payment Portal - Preferred Method

Why should I login to the payment portal?

  • Pay your total invoiced amount with any major credit card or our preferred method, an electronic check payment.
  • View and download up to 6 months of invoices.
  • Check your total balance and payment history.
  • Link multiple accounts to one login/user.
  • Account information and transactions processed are PCI compliant, utilizing multiple levels of security to ensure your account stays safe.

How do I register my account?

  • Begin by locating your accounts unique 9 character account code. This can be found on the bottom left portion of your most recent invoice.

How do I setup recurring payments?

  • Recurring payments are our preferred method of payment. We accept both credit card and ACH options to set up recurring payments. This option requires a brief backend setup.  Contact Karen McCoy, Billing Specialist,  to request access to automatic payments.
