What We Do.

In its simplest form, we take inbound calls, record and relay messages on behalf of many varying industries all across the country. We are their virtual receptionist in many cases. We navigate appointment scheduling, answer questions, and serve as the front line – making the first and sometimes the last impression. We strive to provide the best hospitality and set the tone for customer’s experience with a company.

We are seeking both
FULL TIME and PART TIME candidates.

All candidates must reside in the state of Georgia

Full Time

  • 40 hours a week
  • 8 hour shifts
  • Alternating weekends 
  • Paid breaks
  • Eligible for both medical and leave time benefits after 30 days of employment.
  • 70% of your monthly medical premiums is covered

  • 100% life insurance policy paid

Part Time

  • 3-4 days a week
  • 4-6 hour shifts
  • Alternating weekends 
  • Paid breaks

ASuperior Contact Center DOES require a background check and drug test prior to permanent employment.

Interested in working remotely?

Opportunities to work remotely from your home exist for qualified team members who complete the ASCC on-site training program. Completing the training program typically takes 2-3 weeks. New hires have the opportunity to be working from home in as soon as 30 days.
